sec.78 CEO may appoint inspectors
The CEO may appoint a person as an inspector under this Act if— the CEO considers the person has the necessary expertise or experience to be an inspector; or the person has satisfactorily finished training approved by the CEO. Without limiting powers the CEO has apart from this Act, the CEO may designate 1 of the inspectors as the chief inspector for this Act. s 78 amd 2020 No. 10 s 139 sch 2 (sec.78-ssec.1) The CEO may appoint a person as an inspector under this Act if— the CEO considers the person has the necessary expertise or experience to be an inspector; or the person has satisfactorily finished training approved by the CEO. (sec.78-ssec.2) Without limiting powers the CEO has apart from this Act, the CEO may designate 1 of the inspectors as the chief inspector for this Act.
