sec.76 Report of offences
If the board of inquiry considers material before it discloses an offence, it may report the offence to 1 or more of the following and may make available to them all relevant material in the board’s possession— the commissioner; the Crime and Corruption Commission; the director of public prosecutions; the WHS prosecutor; the CEO; the chief inspector. s 76 amd 2001 No. 69 s 378 sch 1 ; 2010 No. 17 s 41 ; 2014 No. 21 s 94 (2) sch 2 ; 2020 No. 10 s 93
- (a) the commissioner;
- (b) the Crime and Corruption Commission;
- (c) the director of public prosecutions;
- (d) the WHS prosecutor;
- (e) the CEO;
- (f) the chief inspector.
