sec.7 Exemptions
A regulation may exempt an explosive from this Act or any of its provisions. A regulation may also exempt any of the following from this Act or any of its provisions— a government entity; a Commonwealth entity. An exemption may be given on stated conditions. If an exemption is given on conditions, the exemption operates only if the conditions are complied with. s 7 amd 2024 No. 34 s 104 (sec.7-ssec.1) A regulation may exempt an explosive from this Act or any of its provisions. (sec.7-ssec.2) A regulation may also exempt any of the following from this Act or any of its provisions— a government entity; a Commonwealth entity. (sec.7-ssec.3) An exemption may be given on stated conditions. (sec.7-ssec.4) If an exemption is given on conditions, the exemption operates only if the conditions are complied with.
