sec.62B CEO to arrange for services of staff for board of inquiry
As soon as practicable after the board of inquiry is established, the CEO must, in consultation with the chairperson of the board, arrange for the services of RSHQ or other persons to be made available to the board for the conduct of the inquiry. s 62B ins 2019 No. 7 s 61 sub 2024 No. 34 s 114
