sec.55 Meaning of relevant person
A relevant person , for explosives involved in an explosives incident, means— if a person other than the holder of the authority for the explosives was in custody or control of the explosives at the time of the incident—that person; or otherwise—the holder of the authority for the explosives. s 55 sub 2019 No. 7 s 55
- (a) if a person other than the holder of the authority for the explosives was in custody or control of the explosives at the time of the incident—that person; or
- (b) otherwise—the holder of the authority for the explosives.
