sec.54 Using explosives under conditions endangering life etc.
A person must not prepare an explosive for use, or use an explosive, other than in the way prescribed under a regulation. Maximum penalty—200 penalty units. A person must not use an explosive if exploding it may reasonably be expected to endanger any person’s safety, health or property. Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
