sec.49 Person storing explosives must take precautions
A person storing an explosive must take reasonable precautions— to prevent an explosives incident; and to minimise the likely effects of an explosives incident. Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
- (a) to prevent an explosives incident; and
- (b) to minimise the likely effects of an explosives incident.
