sec.36 Bringing or sending certain explosives into and out of the State
A person must not send an export explosive from the State to another country or bring an import explosive into the State from another country unless the person holds an authority to send the export explosive to the other country or bring the import explosive into the State. Maximum penalty—400 penalty units or 6 months imprisonment.
