sec.35 Application of div 3
This division applies to— an explosive that may lawfully be exported from Australia (an export explosive ); and an explosive that may lawfully be imported into Australia (an import explosive ).
- (a) an explosive that may lawfully be exported from Australia (an export explosive ); and
- (b) an explosive that may lawfully be imported into Australia (an import explosive ).
