sec.159 References to department
This section applies if— a provision of the pre-amended Act mentioned the department; and a corresponding provision mentions RSHQ. In a document made under or relating to the provision of the pre-amended Act, if the context permits, a reference to the department is taken to be a reference to RSHQ. s 159 ins 2020 No. 10 s 101 (sec.159-ssec.1) This section applies if— a provision of the pre-amended Act mentioned the department; and a corresponding provision mentions RSHQ. (sec.159-ssec.2) In a document made under or relating to the provision of the pre-amended Act, if the context permits, a reference to the department is taken to be a reference to RSHQ.
