sec.156 References to chief executive
This section applies if— a provision of the pre-amended Act mentioned the chief executive; and a corresponding provision mentions the CEO. In a document made under or relating to the provision of the pre-amended Act, if the context permits, a reference to the chief executive is taken to be a reference to the CEO. s 156 ins 2020 No. 10 s 101 (sec.156-ssec.1) This section applies if— a provision of the pre-amended Act mentioned the chief executive; and a corresponding provision mentions the CEO. (sec.156-ssec.2) In a document made under or relating to the provision of the pre-amended Act, if the context permits, a reference to the chief executive is taken to be a reference to the CEO.
