sec.152 Application of s 33 to particular persons
Section 33(1)(b) does not apply in relation to a person employed by the holder of a security sensitive authority immediately before the commencement during the period— starting on the commencement; and ending on the day that is 2 years after the commencement. s 152 ins 2019 No. 7 s 91
