sec.151 Application of s 15A to particular persons
This section applies in relation to the holder of a security sensitive authority— that was in effect immediately before the commencement; or that is given after the commencement for an existing application; or mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b) that is renewed after the commencement. Section 15A does not apply in relation to a person employed by the holder of the authority immediately before the commencement during the period— starting on the commencement; and ending on the day that is 2 years after the commencement. s 151 ins 2019 No. 7 s 91 (sec.151-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to the holder of a security sensitive authority— that was in effect immediately before the commencement; or that is given after the commencement for an existing application; or mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b) that is renewed after the commencement. (sec.151-ssec.2) Section 15A does not apply in relation to a person employed by the holder of the authority immediately before the commencement during the period— starting on the commencement; and ending on the day that is 2 years after the commencement.
