sec.144 Existing applications for an authority or renewal of licence
If, before the commencement of this section, an application was made under this Act for an authority, or renewal of a licence, and the application was not decided before the commencement of this section, the application must be decided by the chief inspector as if the application had been made after the commencement. s 144 ins 2007 No. 46 s 51
