sec.133B Analysts’ reports
This section applies to a proceeding under this Act, other than a proceeding under part 7 . The production by a party to the proceeding of a signed analyst’s report stating any of the following matters is evidence of the matters— the analyst’s qualifications; the analyst took, or received from a stated person, the sample mentioned in the report; the analyst analysed the sample on a stated day, or during a stated period, at a stated place; the results of the analysis. s 133B ins 2019 No. 7 s 89 (sec.133B-ssec.1) This section applies to a proceeding under this Act, other than a proceeding under part 7 .
