sec.132A Additional requirements for disclosure to particular persons
A person given information under section 132 (2) — must not give it to another person unless authorised, in writing, by the chief inspector to do so; and must ensure the information is used only for the purpose for which it was given under that section. s 132A ins 2019 No. 7 s 87
