sec.130 Delegation by chief inspector
The chief inspector may delegate the chief inspector’s powers under this Act to an inspector or authorised officer. However, the chief inspector may not delegate the chief inspector’s power under section 105B . s 130 sub 2019 No. 7 s 85 (sec.130-ssec.1) The chief inspector may delegate the chief inspector’s powers under this Act to an inspector or authorised officer.
