sec.12D Form of security clearances
A security clearance must— be in the approved form; and include a digital photo, and digitised signature, of the holder of the security clearance. s 12D ins 2019 No. 7 s 24
- (a) be in the approved form; and
- (b) include a digital photo, and digitised signature, of the holder of the security clearance.
