sec.124 Disposal of forfeited things
Anything forfeited to the State under this Act may be dealt with or disposed of in the way the Minister directs, including by destroying it. Compensation is not payable for anything forfeited to the State under this Act. (sec.124-ssec.1) Anything forfeited to the State under this Act may be dealt with or disposed of in the way the Minister directs, including by destroying it.
