sec.123S Taking biometric information for use under this Act
The person must allow the chief inspector to take and keep for use under this Act the person’s biometric information. If the person does not comply with subsection (1) , the chief inspector must, if the person is an applicant for a relevant application, refuse the application. s 123S (prev s 123AC) ins 2019 No. 7 s 78 renum 2024 No. 34 s 138 (sec.123S-ssec.1) The person must allow the chief inspector to take and keep for use under this Act the person’s biometric information. (sec.123S-ssec.2) If the person does not comply with subsection (1) , the chief inspector must, if the person is an applicant for a relevant application, refuse the application.
