sec.11 Offence in relation to unauthorised and prohibited explosives
A person must not manufacture, possess, sell, store, transport or use an unauthorised or prohibited explosive. Maximum penalty—400 penalty units or 6 months imprisonment. Subsection (1) does not apply to an act done under an explosives trial approval.
