sec.108 Application for internal review of action under s 104
A person aggrieved by action being taken under section 104 by an inspector (other than the chief inspector) may apply to the chief inspector for the decision to take the action to be reviewed. The application must be made within 14 days after the person is given the statement of reasons for the action. s 108 amd 2009 No. 24 s 493 (sec.108-ssec.1) A person aggrieved by action being taken under section 104 by an inspector (other than the chief inspector) may apply to the chief inspector for the decision to take the action to be reviewed. (sec.108-ssec.2) The application must be made within 14 days after the person is given the statement of reasons for the action.
