sec.107 Application for internal review of decision under s 56A , 102 or 103
A person given a notice under section 56A , 102 or 103 by an inspector (other than the chief inspector) may apply to the chief inspector for the decision to give the notice (the original decision ) to be reviewed. The application must be made within 14 days after the notice is given. s 107 amd 2009 No. 24 s 492 ; 2019 No. 7 s 313 s ch 1 pt 3 (sec.107-ssec.1) A person given a notice under section 56A , 102 or 103 by an inspector (other than the chief inspector) may apply to the chief inspector for the decision to give the notice (the original decision ) to be reviewed.
