sec.16 Recording information
The authority holder must make a written record of— the information mentioned in schedule 2 , part 1 for each species of authorised animal; and the information mentioned in schedule 2 , part 2 for each authorised animal. The authority holder must make the record of the information as soon as practicable, but no later than 7 days, after the holder becomes aware, or ought reasonably to have become aware, of the information. (sec.16-ssec.1) The authority holder must make a written record of— the information mentioned in schedule 2 , part 1 for each species of authorised animal; and the information mentioned in schedule 2 , part 2 for each authorised animal. - (a) the information mentioned in schedule 2 , part 1 for each species of authorised animal; and
- (b) the information mentioned in schedule 2 , part 2 for each authorised animal.
