41 Organisations that may nominate persons to be members of advisory committee—the Act, s 6(4)(e) and (f)

(1) The following are prescribed animal welfare organisations—

(a) Animal Welfare League NSW,

(b) Humane Society International,

(c) Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals,

(d) World Wide Fund for Nature Australia.

(2) The following are prescribed organisations representing exhibitors of animals—

(a) Circus Federation of Australia,

(b) Mobile Wildlife Educators Association,

(c) New South Wales Fauna and Marine Parks Association,

(d) Zoo and Aquarium Association.
