38 Species identification
(1) An exhibitor of animals must make, and keep for at least 2 years after it is made, a record of the name and qualifications of a person who identifies a species of animals for the exhibitor.
(2) An exhibitor of animals must, if directed by the Secretary, have the species of the animals identified by a person nominated by the Secretary.
Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
