34 Exemption from requirements concerning acquisition, disposal and removal of animals
(1) The Secretary may exempt a holder of an authority, or a class of holder of an authority, from the requirements of section 32(1)(c) or 33(2).
(2) The exemption may be given either unconditionally or subject to conditions.
(3) Where an exemption is given subject to conditions, the exemption does not have effect while a condition is not being complied with.
