#### 52 Refund 52 Refund > > (1) Where a licence, an approval or a permit is cancelled upon the request of the holder of the licence, approval or permit or as a result of its having been issued in error, a refund of the fee paid shall, upon application to the Secretary, be made to the former holder of the licence, approval or permit. > > > (2) The amount of a refund made under subsection (1) shall be the same proportion of the fee paid as the proportion that the number of unexpired months for which the licence, approval or permit was issued bears to the total number of months for which it was issued.
