#### 51 Service of notices 51 Service of notices > A notice that the Secretary is required or permitted, by or under this Act, to cause to be served on a person may be served— > > > (a) personally, or > > > (b) by means of a letter addressed to the person at the person’s address last known to the Secretary, or > > > (c) by electronic transmission to an address or location specified by the person for the service of notices of that kind, or > > > (d) by any other method authorised by the regulations for the service of notices of that kind. > > **s 51:** Subst 2017 No 25, Sch 1.15 \[2\].
