#### 21 Certificate of registered particulars 21 Certificate of registered particulars > > (1) A person may apply to the Secretary for a copy of the registered particulars in respect of a licensed animal display establishment. > > > (2) Where the Secretary receives an application under this section, the Secretary shall, on payment of the prescribed fee, cause the applicant to be furnished with a certificate, in a form approved by the Secretary, containing a copy of the registered particulars in respect of the licensed animal display establishment to which the application relates. > > **s 21:** Am 1994 No 32, Sch 1.
