#### 3A Ministerial guidelines relating to fields (1) The Resources Minister may, by legislative instrument signed by the Minister, make guidelines to be taken into account by the CEO in making By‑laws prescribing a field for the purposes of the definition of onshore field or exempt offshore field. (2) In making By‑laws for a purpose described in subsection (1), the CEO must have regard to the guidelines in force at the time.
