Commonwealth legislation
This Act has been repealed and is no longer in force. It is retained for historical reference.
This instrument cancels seven outdated Excise by‑laws (Nos. 47, 68, 85, 92, 98, 111 and 112), effective 1 July 2006. It removes obsolete detailed rules under the Excise Act, affecting businesses that produce or deal in excisable goods (alcohol, tobacco, fuel) who must rely on current regulations for compliance.
