39P Service of notices For the purpose of the application of section 29 of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 to the service by post of a notice under this Part on a person who holds or held a licence, such a notice posted as a letter addressed to the person at the address of any of the premises that are or were covered by the licence is taken to be properly addressed.
