150 Imprisonment not to release penalty No person shall be twice imprisoned upon the same conviction but the suffering of imprisonment for non‑payment of a penalty shall not release the penalty or affect the right of the CEO to collect the amount in any manner provided by this Act other than by imprisonment of the person convicted.
