118 Illegal prevention of seizures All persons to the number of 2 or more assembled with the intention of preventing the seizure of, or for rescuing after seizure any forfeited goods commit an offence punishable on conviction by a fine not exceeding 50 penalty units or imprisonment for a period not exceeding 2 years, or both.
