108 Reasonable cause for seizure a bar to action No person shall be liable for any seizure under this Act for which there shall have been reasonable cause, and when any claimant recovers any goods seized or any proceeds thereof and at the same time reasonable cause for the seizure is found such finding shall bar all proceedings against all persons concerned in the seizing.
