10 Operation of other laws
This Act does not exclude or limit the operation of any other law of the State, or of any rule or regulation made under, or in pursuance of, such a law, rule or regulation, that makes provision for –
(a) the taking of evidence in the State for the purpose of a proceeding outside the State; or
(b) the examination of witnesses outside the State for the purpose of a proceeding in the State.
