#### 9 Orders for taking evidence abroad 9 Orders for taking evidence abroad > A superior court may, on the application of a party to a proceeding before an inferior court, exercise the same power to make an order of the kind referred to in Division 2 for the purpose of that proceeding as the superior court has under that Division for the purpose of a proceeding in the superior court.
