sec.10 Regulation making power
The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act. A regulation may make provision about the practice and procedure of a court in a proceeding for the making of an order under section 4 or 5 . s 10 sub 1995 No. 58 s 4 sch 1 (sec.10-ssec.1) The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
