These regulations may be cited as the Evidence (Audio and Audio Visual Links) Regulations 2018 .

Tasmania regulation
These regulations specify which Tasmanian tribunals are treated as ‘Tasmanian courts’ for the purposes of the Evidence (Audio and Audio Visual Links) Act 1999, so the Act’s rules about using audio or audio‑visual links apply to those bodies. They repeal the 2008 regulations and take effect once publication in the Gazette is notified, affecting tribunal users, legal practitioners and court administrators by determining where and when remote evidence procedures may be used.

These regulations may be cited as the Evidence (Audio and Audio Visual Links) Regulations 2018 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations –
Act means the Evidence (Audio and Audio Visual Links) Act 1999 .
The following tribunals are prescribed as Tasmanian courts for the purposes of the definition of Tasmanian court in section 3 of the Act:
