#### 7 Application of this Part This Part applies to a subpoena that is issued in a proceeding, other than a criminal proceeding or an excluded family proceeding, in: (a) a federal court; or (b) a court of a State or Territory that is a court specified in regulations made for the purposes of this paragraph.
