51 Original document rule abolished
The principles and rules of common law that relate to the means of
proving the contents of documents are abolished.
Note The Commonwealth Act, s 182 gives the provisions of the
Commonwealth Act, pt 2.2 a wider application in relation to
Commonwealth records and certain Commonwealth documents.
