Part 6—Transitional provisions for Jury Directions Act 2015 Sch. 2 cl. 23 inserted by No. 14/2015 s. 78. 23 Application of Act as amended This Act as amended by Division 2 of Part 10 of the **Jury Directions Act 2015** applies to a trial that commences (within the meaning of section 210 of the **Criminal Procedure Act 2009**) on or after the day on which Division 2 of Part 10 of that Act comes into operation.
