### 194J Printing and publication of certain evidence prohibited
> > (1) If a court is of the opinion that the printing or publication of any evidence or argument or particulars of any evidence or argument in a case before it may prejudice, or is likely to prejudice, the fair trial of the case, the court may forbid the printing or publication of the evidence, argument or particulars.

> > (2) A person who prints or publishes or causes to be printed or published anything in contravention of [subsection (1)](#GS194J@Gs1@EN) commits a contempt of court and is liable to punishment for that contempt as if it had been committed in the face of the court against which the contempt is committed.
