### 170 Evidence relating to certain matters
> > (1) Evidence of a fact that, because of [sections 48](#GS48@EN) , [63](#GS63@EN) , [64](#GS64@EN) , [65](#GS65@EN) , [69](#GS69@EN) , [70](#GS70@EN) and [71](#GS71@EN) and [Part 3](#HC4@HP3@EN) of [Chapter 4](#HC4@EN) , is to be proved in relation to a document or thing may be given by a person permitted under [section 171](#GS171@EN) to give such evidence.
