### sec.103ZZZU Other laws prohibiting or restricting publication not limited or otherwise affected Nothing in this part limits or otherwise affects any other law that prohibits or restricts, or authorises a court or tribunal to prohibit or restrict, the publication of identifying matter in relation to a complainant or identifying matter in relation to a defendant. In this section— identifying matter , in relation to a defendant, see section 103ZZV . s 103ZZZU ins 2024 No. 5 s 69 (sec.103ZZZU-ssec.1) Nothing in this part limits or otherwise affects any other law that prohibits or restricts, or authorises a court or tribunal to prohibit or restrict, the publication of identifying matter in relation to a complainant or identifying matter in relation to a defendant.
