75 Application of amendment to section 21J (1) Section 21J, as amended by the amending Act, applies only in relation to a proceeding in which the hearing commences after the commencement. (2) Section 21J, as in force immediately before the commencement, continues to apply in relation to a proceeding in which the hearing commenced before the commencement.
