59 Contravention of order
A person to whom an order under section 57 or 58 relates commits
an offence if:
(a) the person intentionally engages in conduct; and
(b) the conduct results in a contravention of the order and the
person is reckless as to the result.
Maximum penalty: 40 penalty units or imprisonment for
12 months.
