56C Notice of intention to apply for leave to adduce or produce evidence of confidential communication A party to criminal proceedings who intends to apply for leave to adduce or produce evidence of a confidential communication must give reasonable notice in writing of that intention to: (a) the court; and (b) each other party to the proceedings; and (c) each party to the confidential communication who is not a party to the proceedings.
