21K Service of recorded statement on defendant's legal practitioner (1) This section applies if: (a) a recorded statement has been made for a domestic violence offence proceeding; and (b) the defendant is represented by a legal practitioner in the (2) The prosecution must serve a copy of the recorded statement on the defendant's legal practitioner as soon as practicable after the proceeding is commenced. (3) The defendant must not be given, or take a copy of, the recorded statement.
